Global AEC transformation partner strengthens its Australia–New Zealand leadership as it prepares to broaden its technology stack and services portfolio in 2025.

ARKANCE has named Grant Bryce as Managing Director for its Australia and New Zealand operations, marking a significant leadership shift as the company prepares to expand its technology and services portfolio across the region. Bryce will be based out of Brisbane, taking charge as the business deepens its footprint within the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) technology market.

Bryce joins ARKANCE with more than 25 years of international experience leading growth initiatives across EMEA, APAC and North America. His previous roles span organisations such as SoftwareONE, HP, Codility and Saville, where he helped scale teams, drive market expansion and navigate IPOs and private equity backed transformations.

In a statement, Bryce said he is looking forward to steering ARKANCE through its next phase of growth, noting that the company is at a pivotal point as it brings an expanded range of technology products and consulting capabilities to customers in ANZ.

The appointment comes as ARKANCE strengthens its position as a global AEC technology partner. The company is already the world’s largest global platinum partner of Autodesk, one of only six Sapphire-level partners for Bluebeam, and a platinum-level partner for Siemens. In addition to its strategic alliances, ARKANCE has introduced its own Be.Smart suite of applications designed to address evolving industry needs.

In October 2025, ARKANCE extended its partnership with the Nemetschek Group to bring GoCanvas to the ANZ market. With a growing stack that includes Adobe, Pinnacle, Autodesk, Bluebeam, GoCanvas and Be.Smart, the company is expected to announce additional product offerings before the close of 2025 and into the first half of 2026.

ARKANCE is part of the Monnoyeur Group, a global industrial and construction services leader operating in more than 20 countries. The Group employs over 9,000 people and reported revenues exceeding €3.4 billion in 2024.
