Faegre Drinker appoints Jennifer Fowler as Chief Talent Officer to lead its global people strategy

Faegre Drinker has announced the appointment of Jennifer Fowler as Chief Talent Officer, based in Chicago, strengthening the firm’s leadership focus on people, culture, and high-performance growth.
In her new role, Fowler will spearhead the firm’s global talent strategy, overseeing human resources, recruiting, professional and career development, compensation and benefits, and employee well-being. She leads a team dedicated to advancing initiatives that support both attorney and business operations talent across the firm.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the legal sector, including two decades specializing in human resources leadership at major international law firms, Fowler brings extensive expertise in building scalable HR frameworks, strengthening professional development programs, and driving culture-focused initiatives across complex, multi-office organizations.
Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Fowler held senior HR leadership roles at global law firms, where she helped build strategic development programs, enhanced feedback and recognition frameworks, and standardized HR processes to improve engagement and operational excellence.

Fowler’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and a human resources certificate from Villanova University.
