Natalie Oreskovic steps into Head of Human Resources role at EndemolShine Australia

With a career shaped across global creative, media, and manufacturing environments, Oreskovic brings a strong people-first lens to EndemolShine Australia’s next phase of growth.
EndemolShine Australia has brought Natalie Oreskovic on board as its new Head of Human Resources, adding a seasoned people leader to its senior team. The timing is noteworthy, with the production industry going through one of its most dynamic periods in recent years, from shifting talent needs to growing pressure on studios to adapt to new content cycles and workforce expectations.
Oreskovic has built her career across a mix of creative studios, global media environments, and technology-driven organisations. Most recently, she served as Head of People & Culture at Flying Bark Productions, where she oversaw HR, Marketing, and Facilities across the studio’s operations in Sydney, Los Angeles, and Madrid. During her time at Flying Bark, she was credited with helping lift leadership depth across the organisation, putting in place people frameworks that could grow with the business, and steering HR support through a busy stretch of global production activity.
Before joining Flying Bark, Oreskovic held a series of senior HR roles at organisations including Oldfields, Thomas Global Systems, EMPR Australia, Swisslog, Fisher & Paykel Appliances, and BBC Studios. In each of these positions, she worked on a wide mix of priorities, from shaping organisational structures and building talent pipelines to strengthening performance culture and improving day-to-day employee experience. People who have worked closely with her say she brings a practical, people-first style to leadership, paired with a strong understanding of how creative and technical teams operate – a combination that has become increasingly valuable in today’s production landscape.
At EndemolShine Australia, she will oversee the full people function, partnering closely with leadership to strengthen talent strategy, drive cultural development, and support the company’s commitment to building inclusive, high-performance teams. The role also places her at the centre of workforce planning as the sector faces growing competition for production talent and a surge in demand for local storytelling.
Oreskovic’s appointment signals EndemolShine Australia’s continued focus on investing in people capability as a foundation for long-term creative excellence.
